The room is located in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained condo in the scenic canyon area of Yorba Linda. The available bedroom is private, spacious, and ideal for someone who values a peaceful living environment. The bathroom is clean and well kept, with plenty of space and storage. The restroom is considered a communal restroom as that is the restroom guests would use, however majority of the time it would be considered a private restroom. The condo itself is approximately 1,250 square feet with a comfortable two-story layout. The community offers multiple pools, spas, fitness centers, and a clubhouse. The area is very safe, calm, and surrounded by hills, hiking trails and the Santa Ana River trail, making it great for someone with an active lifestyle or who enjoys a quieter atmosphere. The property is conveniently located just minutes from the main part of Yorba Linda with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, and shopping including Costco. It also has convenient freeway access while still feeling tucked away from the busy city. I am a working professional. I work primarily Monday–Friday during the day and live a pretty active lifestyle outside of work. I enjoy running, cycling, going to the beach, and training for triathlons/Ironman events. I keep the condo very clean, organized, and low stress, and I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, and similar when it comes to cleanliness and communication. At this time, there are no other roommates living in the property.
