One bedroom available for one housemate, available for rent Jun 1st, 2026 (good, safe area of Leimert Park) shared with one male housemate, one female housemate, we both work and are gone most of the day. We are both friendly, respectful of privacy and kind and considerate.
The room is and house are fully furnished can also be rented unfurnished). Shared bathroom (always kept clean:-), large living room, shared well-equipped kitchen, large yard and garden area, washer and dryer in garage, ample street parking (no residential permit required).
Near Expo Crenshaw metro (which is on Exposition Boulevard), easy access to USC, downtown LA and Westside. Utilities include: electricity, water, gas, trash, recycling, ATT fiber optic high speed broadband internet and Wi-Fi. Modern washer and dryer on premises, full use of well-equipped kitchen with old-fashioned gas stove, spacious garden and patio, tool shed, storage shed. Central gas heating very efficient in winter, air conditioner installed in living room for summer. Ample parking on street possibility of use of driveway. Post office, shops nearby, i.e. CVS, Albertsons, etc. Rent is $1100 per month, $550 required as security deposit. Month to month is OK, 3 to 6 month lease preferable.
Single Housemate only, shared with two persons (including) sharing kitchen and bathroom. I am a professional musician/teacher/coach working mostly in Culver City or in the detached garage/music studio, I am clean, quiet, and friendly, respectful of other’s privacy. I have been renting here on Obama Blvd (near Degnan Blvd.) for ten years and have a new two year lease (that could be extended). I have references from previous housemates, current housemate and landlord upon request. My other housemate can be present when we meet.
