Room in Orlando close to airport

Hi there,
Orlando is my target destination for a room to use as a home base, ideally reasonably close to the airport. Because the majority of the year will be spent traveling extensively and visiting family up north, the space will truly just serve as a quiet, reliable landing pad. Very few belongings, if any, will be kept at the property.
As for my background, a recent relocation ended a wonderful 25-year chapter in Los Angeles. For 20 of those years, home was a lovely place in Hollywood, CA. That long-term stay fostered an incredible relationship with my landlady and her family, who are happy to provide excellent references. While now retired, my professional background was in massage therapy, primarily collaborating with osteopathic doctors and clinical wellness facilities.
Outside of work, community and active living are deeply important to me. For the past 12 years, that meant singing tenor in a local chorus, alongside enjoying theater, hiking, and extensive travel. Volunteering is also a big part of my life, ranging from serving meals to LGBTQ+ seniors and sorting food at the food bank, to helping restore playgrounds in underserved schools.
As a housemate, you can expect someone respectful, clean, easygoing, and very friendly who truly values a peaceful living environment. I look forward to connecting!
