Also to keep your bathroom clean and living space clean after using it. We have brand new kitchen counters, backsplash, and a reverse osmosis filtered water system. Large pantry in the kitchen and of course a clothes washer and dryer available here. We are all about keeping the shared spaces clean. 750$ monthly rent due on move in date. Security deposit of 500$ up front. You will receive the security deposit back IF the room and house are not damaged and left clean, and must give a 30 days notice of your move out date.
