Looking for rent/roommatees

Hi everyone! I’m moving to Pittsburgh for a new job starting June 1-8 and I’m looking for a room, roommate setup, studio, or 1-bedroom as close to the BNY building/Downtown as possible. Ideally walking distance or an easy short commute. Budget: ideally $700–$1,100/month all-in for a room/shared setup, or $1200 max for a studio, but I’m open depending on location. Move-in: end of May / before June 8. Preferences: clean, safe, reliable WiFi, laundry access, and preferably furnished or semi-furnished. I’ll be working full-time in finance/operations, I’m responsible, clean, respectful, and mostly looking for a calm place to sleep, cook, and focus. Thank you!
