i’m a 29 year old phlebotomist at NYU looking for someone to occupy an empty room in my apartment. I have a boyfriend of 4 years who lives on his own, but he does sleep over occasionally and sometimes i sleep at his place. but he is NEVER, i repeat NEVER. in the apartment when i am not present. I have a 7 year old fully trained french bulldog named yoda. also won’t be there when i am not there as he goes to my boyfriends house. shared kitchen and bathroom but tons of space and closets. comes partially furnished, you’d only need a bed and a tv. lowkey laidback, just value respect. don’t have quiet hours, live directly across the street from a huge park. has in unit washer and dryer and an elevator!!! Pre-War building so the apartment is abnormally large for NY. located in the bronx by yankee stadium.. 1450$ a month. available asap.
