Renting my master bedroom!

I'm renting my master bedroom out! It has a private bathroom and walk in closet. I have a small amount of work that needs to be done like hanging the mirror up, but it will be done before the room is rented out. Its all visible from the pictures. The house is 2 stories with a guest bathroom downstairs, and all the bedrooms upstairs! The master has a private bathroom The complex has a pool if you want to chill or have anyone over. There's also a small backyard and a back porch!
The beach is also about 15 minutes away, and there are multiple grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive, as well as a Thrifty that's literally right next to the complex. I am a full time musician. I work from home and I do work late, so just beware of that. There is plenty of sound proofing in my studio, so it really shouldn't be that noticeable.
