Hi my name is Sarah and I am listing for someone to rent my room in my share house. The other occupants name is Liam, he is 30 years old, and works as a Personal Trainer while also studying Cyber Security. He’s calm, quiet, clean, and very respectful to live with, and he has over 13 years of experience living in share houses. The area is quiet, accessible, and has a good balance of convenience and green space.
