Pet is okay as long as it gets along with 10-year-old female cat, Sassy, and 2-year-old female Shih Tzu, Bella. House has travertine floors throughout, except for bedrooms which are carpeted. Kitchen countertops are granite tile and range/oven is gas. Fireplace in living room. There's a 1-car garage for storage, and a washer and dryer in the garage. 420-friendly but no tobacco smoking in house or yards. Month-to-month rental agreement. Security deposit of $700.
