Quaint, quiet neighborhood just off of Spadina Ave. minute walk to UofT campus and ten minute walk to Spadina Station. Laundry in basement, shared with other units in the house.
Looking for a summer sublet for a bedroom (June 1-August 31) with an ideal candidate willing to sign for the following year. Another bedroom will become available in August. Furnished, but hoping to receive a couple hundred dollars for the desk/bed. Students/recent post grads or twenty somethings, female only.
