hi! looking for students or fellow working girls my age who are renting a room out in their place or are wanting to look for a place to split rent together, looking to live near the UM/coconut grove area or Palmetto Bay/Near The falls or Cutler Bay. i work almost every single day of the week and do school online, i’m lowkey a homebody but depending on the situation i don’t mind being out most of the day and having a place to sleep eat and shower. i have a boyfriend and i would ideally want him to be able to visit when and if possible, but i’m a very respectful and clean person and will always respect our shared space! amenities i would prefer: some kind of patio/deck/balcony, PRIVATE BATHROOM, fully equipped kitchen, and should be in a central SAFE and walkable area, i’m willing to up my budget but i do still have to leave room for personal expenses and utilities if taken into
