Middle aged mom & teen fisherman

Hello, a middle aged single mom looking for another single mom or my own space like a mother in law suite. I don't drink or smoke cigarettes (if you do please not inside) I work in Tampa with dogs & my son goes to school in 33566. We have a Boston terrier spayed female. I'm outgoing (enjoy the quiet more as I age) respectful & clean(I'm a mom, I'm always tidying ) my son is into mechanics,his PS & fishing is life,we do it weekly as often as possible. Life is expensive these days,if your struggling or just looking at other options,this could be great splitting things. Thanks for reading
