Looking for a roommate!

I'm looking to rent a space with a roommate. I have 2 cats, they are very well taken care of and both fixed and vaccinated. I'm pretty chill, I mostly keep to myself and don't usually bring company over. I do like to cook, play video games, make art. I am a licensed esthetician currently working as a wax specialist. I'm looking for a roommate to save some money as I'm trying to move out of Beaumont tx to Webster tx. I have decent credit and my own car. I don't smoke, I drink sometimes but rarely get drunk. I prefer to live with someone that is also a woman, but I am open minded.
