Looking to replace roommate. No undergrad students or pets allowed. Current residents are 2 mid 20s men. Off street parking is upto an extra 175/month or street parking is available. Electric and natural gas not included. Less than 5 min walk to south street train stop and chestnut hill Ave @strathmore bus stop. Move in August 1st. First last and security required with some wiggle room for payment
