Roommate Wanted – 2 Rooms Available in Cozy Shared Home (Move-in ASAP) Hi! I’m Nöx, and my fiancé Jared (a veteran), are looking for a roommate to share our home. Jared and I are both autistic and we are all friendly and fairly low-key—we spend most of our time at home cooking, relaxing in our bedrooms, or working in our offices. We value a calm, respectful, and clean living environment and are hoping to find a roommate who feels the same. 🌳🍄🟫 -friendly household
🐾 Pets welcome (with deposit)🐾 ⸻ The Space • 2 bedrooms available -can provide new Casper full-size bed w/frame for additional fee! • Large room: $850/month • Smaller room: $650/month • Each room has: • A large window • Ample closet space • Locking doors • You’ll have your own living room (yes, there are two!)
You’ll have access to: • Shared kitchen and main bathroom (only 1 shower but Jared and I share a half bath) • Washer & dryer in-unit • Dishwasher • Garage space + 2 backyard sheds for storage • Fenced backyard We (Nöx & Jared) have the master bedroom with a half bath and use two small rooms as home offices. We cover $1150 of the rent plus internet. ⸻ Rental Details • Total rent of house: $2,650/month • Move-in: As soon as you are approved and sign the lease! • No security deposit!!
