We are offering four individual bedrooms for rent on the second floor, perfect for students or professionals seeking a quiet, respectful environment. The Space: Rooms 1 to 2: $900 each. Located in a shared wing with access to a dedicated kitchen and bathroom. Room 4: $1200 A private “pink room” located on the opposite side of the floor for added privacy. Furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Private Entrance: Easy access without disturbing the main household. Lake Access: Enjoy the peaceful views and surroundings of the private lake.
