Hi! I have a private room available in my apartment in Irvine (borderline Santa Ana), available June. You’ll have your own room, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. A little about me - I’m a working professional, pretty easygoing, clean, and respectful. I work evenings, so the place is usually calm and quiet. When I’m home, I’m either relaxing, at the gym, or just recharging. I really value a peaceful, comfortable home environment, so I’m looking for someone who’s similar - clean, responsible, and considerate. Not a party house, but totally fine with having friends over here and there. The building is newer with great amenities (gym, business center, clubhouse, dog park downstairs), and the area is super convenient and safe.
