Room, personal space in Fort Totten

I have a master bedroom plus additional small room that will be available in the home I rent in starting May 15. Both rooms have stuff in the photos but will be completely empty once available. Rent would be $1,200 a month which includes:
Utilities
Washer/dryer (I know they look coin operated but they are free)
Bottom floor master bedroom plus a separate smaller room for any kind of personal needs. I'm currently in the upstairs bedroom with some furniture also in the living room. The bathroom is shared but I'm not a messy person. The place is pet friendly. I have a 13-year-old dog and a bowling ball of a cat. About a 7 minute walk to the Fort Totten metro station but there is also a parking spot available in the alley. While the room is available on May 15th, I would be putting you in touch with the landlords after we talk so you can get final approval from them.
