Looking for a replacement for grad school related reasons. You’ll be taking over a spacious 18 x 12 bedroom with a 7 x 4 walk in closet. The house has an in unit washer and dryer on the second floor which is super convenient. You’ll share a bathroom on the second floor with the other bedroom. The house has a dishwasher. A spaceous 22 x 20 garage which can comfortably fit two mid size SUVs. The back yard is fenced in. Your soon to be roommate in the master bedroom has two dogs, a golden retriever and a mini labradoodle. There is plenty of storage space. There are several parks within walking distance
