Hello! I am subletting my apartment (deluxe bedroom and bathroom) at University Village from May 1st to end of July. It is on Temple University campus, right next to the police station. The SEPTA regional rail station is 3 min walking distance away. The subway is 10 minutes walking distance. Amenities include on- laundry, 24-hour gym, and front desk security. Located on top floor. Fully furnished private bedroom: full-sized bed, dresser, study desk and chair, nightstand. Fully furnished living room: sofa and side chair, coffee and end table, entertainment center, built-in dining area with chairs. Full-sized kitchen: full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, electric oven/range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and microwave.
