Private room available in a clean shared apartment in Newark, NJ, near NJIT, Rutgers Newark, and Penn Station. The apartment is currently shared by two girls and one guy, all in our early 20s. Everyone is respectful, communicates well, and keeps the space clean. It is not a party house, but the environment is still friendly and easygoing. Shared kitchen and living room are fully furnished. Water is included. Utilities are usually around 70 to 120 depending on the season, and internet and laundry are about 25 each. Looking for someone clean, responsible, and easy to live with.
