Room for Rent – Steps from Three Tables Beach (North Shore)
Available now: a cozy, comfortable room in a 3-bedroom shared home located just one house from Three Tables Beach. You’re in an unbeatable spot—only a 5-minute walk to Waimea Bay in one direction and 5 minutes to Foodland, basketball courts, food trucks, and the North Shore Surf Shop in the other.
The room is a good size with two large windows that bring in great natural light and steady trade winds for ventilation. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. Please note there is no additional storage beyond what fits in the room, but there is limited garage space for 2–3 personal surfboards.
A small air conditioner is included and works very well. Because of this, there is an additional $100 utility charge if you choose to use the AC. If you don’t use it, that fee is removed. All other utilities are included, along with WiFi, washer and dryer use (once per week), and limited kitchen access during agreed-upon hours.
Street parking is always available right outside the house.
We’re looking for a peaceful, responsible tenant who is working, clean, and respectful—someone who keeps to themselves and maintains a tidy living space.
