Apartment is 2 bedrooms, all ultilitys, Ac is in living room. 1 bathroom, both bedrooms have closets. apartment has parking. near a dog park, public transportation, and main road. i am willing to meet before agreeing on renting open to possible negotiations on rent. no drugs no alcohol no smoking I am in a relationship but she is taking care of family so she cannot live here but will still be coming and going with me daily. Either way I have an extra room, everything included, one small dog named Zeus (non-negotiable)
