Nice place close to UTRGV

Hi, I am moving to Edimburg to teach at UTRGV. I just rented this nice condo on Villa Linda Ave., so I can walk to the University, and I'm now looking for someone to share it with me. I am looking for someone agreeable, responsible, trustworthy, stable, and tidy. I won't be living there full-time, but while I am there, I will focus on work and need peace. It has two nice rooms, two full baths, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room. Cartport. Very clean and empty. I got a deal for $700 a month plus utilities.
