LOOKING FOR A THIRD ROOMMATE FOR 6/1 LEASE My roommate josh and I are looking for a third guy to join us in our existing 3 bed 2 bath in uptown Hoboken for a 12-month lease starting 6/1. You would have the upstairs bedroom and own bathroom. Rent plus utilities for your share would be +/- $1,950, with your own reserved parking space at $250 per month, pending available space. Must be friendly around cats as Zach has one in the apartment. We’re 27- and 28-year old guys that like being social, going out, working out, and like keeping a clean space.
