Looking for other easy going people! I’m 25, private events bartender. Every once in a while I have dinner party’s or game nights but I do work a lot. Quiet times on weekdays are 12am, weekends 2am. I don’t mind you having guests over but common courtesy is a must. I have a hypo allergenic miniature schnauzer name Kalvin. There’s a shed for additional storage and a garage. Utilities are included in the price. Air stays at 68 in house, that’s a non negotiable lol. There’s also a pool!
