There are Two pools and a jacuzzi plus a gym. Our home is quiet. And very clean. $200 deposit. $850 a month which includes all utilities. Gated community with off street parking inside the community. No couples,children, or animals. I do have a 3 lb dog named Bean and he is very sweet. I am 54 and very clean and quiet. I do not party. There is one other roommate, he is also very clean and quiet. He has lived here for two years. He has a great sense of humor. There is a washer and dryer in the home. You would also have access to my pretty awesome kitchen 😊 which does have a brand new. dishwasher. The porch is very nice. I like to drink my coffee out here in the morning. Having Lone Mountain across the street is pretty awesome. Great for hiking or walking the trail around the mountain. I take my mountain bike over there in the mornings.
