Master bedroom rental!

Hello! My name is Madison, and I'm looking for a renter to take over the master bedroom in my three bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouse, $1,000 a month, utilities included! The master bedroom (upstairs) has an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, along with a large walk-in closet space! Shared areas include the upstairs laundry, downstairs living space, half bathroom, kitchen, and backyard/patio areas. Garage space is currently unfinished and used for light tenant storage. Bedroom and bathroom will be unfurnished! Currently, the other two bedrooms are taken by my lovely female tenants, and a super cute (and friendly) chocolate lab named Maggie:) With full-time jobs, both of my current tenants are busy and keep to themselves for the most part, but it's always been pleasant running into them.
