New floors were installed in your bedroom, bathroom and stairs. Bathroom (with two wash hand basins), just outside your room, is shared between you and another renter. Room is offered to a full time professional, working off home (not from home) Mon-Fri, 9-5. You must be clean, responsible, and respectful. Spacious kitchen, patio and laundry room (see pictures). Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in the unit. 4-9 miles from Sorrento Valley, Intuit, Qualcomm and BD. Close to public transportation.10 min drive from UTC, Kearny Villa, Rancho Bernardo and La Jolla. Utilities: $260 Utilities include high speed internet, water and electricity as well as 24/7 manned security, heated swimming pools and jacuzzies, large parks and a volleyball court.
