Looking for chill roommate

Looking for a roommate. Someone quiet, can hang or not. I do have dogs so no more pets. They do go to work with me so they aren’t left unattended much. You would have the bigger room with its own entrance but you have access to all the space. Lease is up end of November. I will not be renewing but you may have the option to take it over. I have a few things you can use in the apartment but responsible for furnishing your own room. If you want WiFi, we can discuss splitting that. No illegal substances in the apartment Period.
