Looking for someone to share a home with. I'm a 46 yr old male, young-spirited but also very easy going. Need an extra room for storage or an office? You would get two rooms(will consider renting each room individually but would prefer 1 person). Shared access to common areas... bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, backyard.
But you would have your own full-size french door refridgerator. Home has gigabit internet, multiple streaming services, surround sound 4k oled tv setup, video game and vinyl record friendly. Only a couple of blocks away from 6th Ave, filled with restaurants/bars and shops. All utilities included. Unfortunately, no other cats or dogs allowed. Home has two cats already that don't get along with other animals.
