I’m looking for a LGBTQ+ & 420-friendly roommate. I work full time and most of my hobbies are introverted in nature (art, video games, anime, etc), so I’m looking for a roommate who is also chill & low-key. Having home be a peaceful space is very important to me ☺️🪴 I have 2 beagle mutts around 8yo who get along great with other cats and dogs. I also have a sweet cat who gets along with other cats and dogs. This is a 1100sq ft apt with a massive fenced in back yard. Sewer/trash included. Water is around $35/mo, electric depends on usage. In the summer it’s around $75. Washer/dryer needs to be brought/purchased. The existing tenant is willing to sell his and I’d be happy to split the price to purchase it.
