Hi, I’m looking for a room to rent in Davis, Woodland, West Sacramento, Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Antelope, North Highlands, Rancho Cordova, or Fair Oaks. My budget is up to $800 per month, and I’m hoping for a move-in date around July 1st. I’m looking for a month-to-month arrangement. A little about me: I’m a respectful, clean, easygoing person who is both working and in school. I’m also an artist, content creator, deeply spiritual, and a mom to an adult child. I’m friendly and warm, but also very considerate of other people’s space, peace, and routines. It would be me and my one small dog. I drink socially/occasionally, do not smoke, and I’m okay with cannabis use, but I am not looking for a cigarette-smoking household, especially with indoor smoking. I’m also not interested in a heavy partying environment. What I’m hoping for: a clean home in a safe neighborhood, with kitchen access, parking, and laundry. A bathroom is important, and utilities included would be a big plus. Female household preferred. I’m looking for a peaceful, respectful living situation with people who value cleanliness, communication, and a comfortable home environment.
