seeking a studio/separate unit

A little bit about me. I just moved back to Portland after being away for almost 20 years. I just finished grad school with a degree in landscape architecture. I worked professionally in urban planning for about 10 years prior to grad school and now I am on a fresh start looking for a career in the field. I moved back to Portland in December of last year-Ive been subletting in Cully and landed a job as a carpenter in a small furniture studio. I just started the position in the new year. I come solo. No pets or partners. I am very easygoing and appreciate my quiet, but I would also consider myself outgoing, friendly, and community minded. Best, Caressa G
