Room for rent in 4 bedroom house. Shared bathroom and kitchen space. Laundry and parking on premises. Utilities and WiFi included. It’s a clean, quiet working household. No partying or belligerent drinking. I most likely will do a background check for felonies and evictions. Room is available to move in May1st. I will show the room after a phone call screen.
