(He keeps to himself) Both queer-friendly and do not bring the party home. Both work primarily 9-5pm ish.
- 4 Floor Walk up. Bathroom & Kitchen is renovated.
- Nearby is Astoria Park & the Astoria Beer Garden.
- Laundromat and Bodega on the corner
- 8 mins to the NW at Astoria Blvd stop & the M60 Bus
- Hallway closet / room for storage
- Corner bedroom that faces away from the street, down the hall away from the other bedrooms.
