I’m moving to Philadelphia in 1 week, and I’m looking for housing. I’d like to sublease or get on a new lease with anyone interested. Can start in April/May. Open to 2b/3b/4b. Would prefer my own washroom. Budget of 800-1000 dollars. No personal restrictions. Ideal location: North Wales/Lansdale/Horsham/Ambler
might consider the Philadelphia city center. Will be working at Phenom, starting March 30th. I love exploring music; I have a collection of records and other physical media, a mix of blues, rock, and rap. I own a synth and a sampler. I am learning to make music. Spend a lot of time on YouTube rabbit holes. Always open to new conversations. Board games bring me a lot of joy.
