Nice outside deck and outside shed for storage. Open carport that fits two cars. Common spaces fully furnished. No smoking inside and a washer and dryer unit inside. I’m a barista in my mid 20s who works mornings/afternoons in Springfield with an active social life. Ideal roommate would be social and fun, clean and values clear communication.
