Hello everyone, Master bedroom room is $825 plus utilities (no ensuite)
Second room is $800 plus utilities *Students Only* We have 2 upper level bedrooms available to rent in a detached house on Kortright rd. West with a garage and a parking spot. Available May 1st 2026- April 30th 2027 Also open to a short term summer lease May 1st-Aug. 31st Currently the house will have 3 male students who all are friendly and easygoing. Looking for 2 more responsible students to join. Some programs the others are in currently:
-first year currently studying in business supply chain operations
-Second year, major is ecology
