Roommate wanted: 2-bedroom house

I'm an MSU graduate student looking for a housemate. My house is 1 mile west of campus. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a basement. (Basements are hard to find around here, so I'm told.) Current expenses: rent is $1,000/mo, water/electric is $200-$300/mo at most, and trash collection is $100 every 3 months. Plan is to split the bills evenly.
