The second floor bedroom is not furnished and has large closets and a private bathroom. The bedrooms are separated by a long hallway so there is plenty of privacy. Must be pet friendly. Roommate is a professional in her 30s who is quiet and clean. Available for April 1 move in -- $1585 a month plus utilities. One month deposit required upon signing. Rent includes water and trash disposal. Electricity, gas and internet are shared between roommates ($60-$100/month).
