Two rooms for rent in Boiling Springs in a house very close to I-85 & I-26, USC-Upstate, and Spartanburg Community College. One room is the Master Suite ($900) with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The other is a smaller bedroom ($700) with a shared bathroom with your own sink. Both rooms are furnished, but you can make it your own if you have some furniture or decorations. You will have access to the whole house, including the living room, kitchen, pantry, laundry, and media room. There is a garage as well. The backyard is fenced in with a small garden area if that interests you. There is a community pool you will have access to. Utilities are included in the rent price. If couples apply, $100 will be added to the rent to offset extra utilities and parking space.
I am a respectful single male with two teenage daughters who occasionally visit and stay over. I am respectful, private, and have my own room on the ground floor of the house. I will be traveling a lot later in the year so may not be around much. I do not party, smoke, do drugs, or like drama, so looking for roommates who feel the same way. I do have pets (1 dog and 2 cats), but would consider another pet or two if the size and breeds are not too large or aggressive.
