Looking for studio-1 bedroom place!

Hi there! My friend and I are looking for a studio or 1 bedroom property in Bath for September! I’m a student, he’s a professional. Our budget for rent is up to 650 per person, so 1,300 a month (can have some leeway), and with bills included we’re happy to go up to 770 a person, so 1,540 a month. I know it’s quite early but preparation is always good! Please dm or comment:)
