57 yr old woman looking for a room to rent. I can afford $900-1000.00 per month including all utilities. I would like to get a dog soon so a place that allows dogs is preferred. I am a smoker but I only smoke outside, NEVER inside. I work all day, off on weekends, I am a very quiet person, I do sometimes stay up late but you'd never know it, very quiet.
