Old roommate/friend is moved out, so I have a master bedroom and bathroom available. Month-to-month or long term lease, up to you. You will have your own bathroom and a decent size closet. Also comes with king bed, but that can be moved to storage if necessary. Washer and dryer in unit. AC unit was replaced April 2025. Stairs were re-done March 2026. Pet friendly! No smoking. Very quiet neighborhood. First and last month’s rent required. Proof of income required. I own the unit, so there is no management company you have to go through.
