Upstairs is separate from the downstairs so you’ll have a private entrance. Upstairs includes the living room and kitchen. Downstairs has another bathroom and laundry. It’s a large flex space ~600sq ft that can be arranged however you would like Upstairs roommate is a 29 year old woman.
