Looking for a roommate to move in June 1st! Private room and bathroom in a Townhouse. Located near FSU and FAMU. Need to know before lease renewal ( end of April to May) to inform them a change in who is going to be the new co-lease. 2/2.5 bath $700 rent ( may change due to lease renewal may increase).
Utilities and internet not included. I have 2 cats and no more pets are allowed but subjected to change if can be worked out with renter.
