My name is Riley and I am looking to find TWO roommates for my 3 bedroom townhouse. Excellent location on private road in the Encanto neighborhood just off of 7th Street and Camelback. 2 individual rooms available, one slightly larger than the other. One full bath shared between both rooms. Looking to ideally have new tenants move in by the end of March Will be living with one very friendly male cat so must be comfortable with cats! I am a young professional working at ASU downtown Looking for like minded chill, responsible, young adults. Bonus points if you are a musician/artist or just cool and fun in general:) Rent under $900 per room but exact split can be decided once introduced.
