You would be living with my two children and myself. (I am 54, my son is 18 and lives with us part-time, and my daughter is 19, a UCF student.) I work from home and I’m off on weekends. We do have 2 dogs. You would have the master suite downstairs with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. All our rooms are upstairs. Laundry, which is upstairs, is shared. Common areas are kitchen and downstairs living area. Your room comes with a mini-fridge, but I cook frequently and you are welcome to join us. I also have kitchen appliances and dishwater and cutlery you are welcome to use. Location Perks: Minutes from Publix, Walmart, and all of downtown Avalon Park and Waterford Lakes with tons of other shops and restaurants are very close. Only 8 miles to UCF, 20 minutes to Downtown Orlando and the airport, around 30–35 minutes to Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks. Easy access to major roads and everything you need nearby. Rent & Utilities: Rent averages hundred fifty dollars/month and can include a bed, desk and chair, TV, or none of the furniture. Utilities are separate and average around one hundred dollars per/month total (which is approximately one quarter of the cost.) Deposit is hundred to hold and hundred fifty when you move in.
