Dmytro runs his own handyman and remodeling business and also works on his game development project. I’m a licensed esthetician working in the beauty industry. We are clean, organized, low-noise, non-smoking, and very respectful of shared space and personal boundaries. We also have a friendly, well-behaved, litter-trained cat with no issues around furniture. We spend a lot of time at work, keep a calm routine, and would be a good fit for a peaceful home. We’re looking for a room with a private bathroom. Parking and EV charging would be a big plus.
